Hi everyone!
I'd like to share a little bit about myself...I'm a married mother of two, a girl 14 and a boy 10. My family is the best cheer leading section that I have and encourage me to go with gusto!
Even with busy schedules, including our jobs, kids' school and activities, we always find quality time to spend together as a family.
And now with Helium, I hope to balance quality time with quantity time. What could be better than dong something that you love?-writing to your heart's content!
God bless!
Bridget

my Catholic confirmation sponsor...she was a stay-at-home mom, until her youngest was in middle school...then went back to school herself to obtain a nursing degree...she inspires me in the way that she went after what she wanted, even though it may have taken a longer time to achieve that goal, she persevered...and that's what I hope to do too
A quick and easy dish that I like to make (especially during the Catholic Lenten season) is tuna-noodle casserole. This quick dish requires nothing but the imagination, especially if you have children that show an avid interest in cooking. UTENSILS:
2-4 quart cooking pot
mixing spoon(s), mixing bowl and strainer
casserole dish
INGREDIENTS:
pasta noodles (the variety is endless!)
albacore tuna (I prefer to use Starkist brand)
