tropical breezes

you're lying on the chaise longue on my beachfront balcony
wearing only a tiny thong bikini bottom
large sunglasses
and a layer of fragrant sun tan oil
you're drifting on a cloud of senses
aware but not really conscious
the sun drenches you with heat and light
and you're its willing lover
the surface of your skin is hot
your body has surrendered to its fire
as you soak it in through every pore
and it travels up inside you
even behind the dark lenses, you are pleasantly blinded
