I am not a writer. At least not yet. This is my first venture into organized writing. I hope it proves fruitful. If nothing more, I hope to gain experience by trying. So, until that day comes when my name is synonymous with Dickens and Melville, I will be content to be a novice.
I am a father of three and husband of one. We live in a modest, single-story house in the suburbs of a large metropolitan southwest city. We home-school our kids who range in age from nine to sixteen. I love to read. My favorites are the adventurous classics, but I also enjoy Christian doctrinal works, comic books and movies. Alright, I don't read movies but I do enjoy watching them.
I hope you enjoy my articles. Perhaps, one day, I will retract my opening statement and say with confidence, "I am a writer."
