I travel a lot and right now I am in Brazil. The back ground of the picture I posted is a photograph I took in the Amazon, near the city of Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas in Brazil. What you see there is the encounter of the waters. In this point the Black and the Solimoes rivers meet and from here on the name that river is Amazon.
The encounter of the waters is a fantastic natural show. One river is, as its name says, black and the other red. The waters of the two rivers run side by side without mixing for more then two miles. Can you imagine that?!
Well, as you can tell, I love photography and collecting material that will later became some sort of story. One time in Orlando I visited a truck stop on Orange Blossom Trail, there I collected lots of pictures and stories from the truck drivers: sounds, images and movies stored for later use.
I am very glad to be here. I was referred to this website by a friend at Associated Content, Nick Poma from San Bernardino, CA. I came saw and liked it, my feeling is that there is a lot to learn at Helium.
