I am just embarking upon my writing career which is both exciting and scary. Having spent twenty odd years on the commercial side of publishing now is the time to spread my wings and do what I really enjoy. Topics I will be addressing will vary from wine to football, from culture to trash.

England's football team has suffered from a combination of ludicrously high expectations and hugely arrogant attitudes over the last four decades.
