: About Me

I am a teacher of ESL- English as a Second Language- and my students are a mix of immigrants from Africa and Mexico. They are all working toward getting their GEDs or high school diplomas, which will allow them to get better jobs.

For pleasure I ride and train my 3 horses, and when feeling really frisky I take my stump-jumper 650cc Kawasaki out into the fields and woods on our property. I've also entered some motorcycle competitions and have 2 first place trophies to show for it. No prizes yet for horsemanship, but I'm not discouraged- yet.

When the weather is bad, I write.
