I can definitely write on this one since me and my husband were a victim to this.We bought a house back in 2001 and it had a family room in it the size of 19x21 feet with a cathedral ceiling.This room had been leaking at one time and the ceiling was sagging.They told us the roof had been repaired and their were no more leaks.
