I was born in Los Angeles in 1967 to a young mother, who tragically had to give me up for adoption at 2 1/2 years old.
I was fostered by several families for approximately a year, some of them being abusive situations.
At 3 1/2, I was permanently adopted, but already permanently damaged.
The failure for me to be able to connect with anyone during those crucial developmental years led me to be quite introverted.
Instead of socializing as other children would, I often disassociate from activities in order to be an observer from a safe distance.
Before beginning kindergarten, I had taught myself to read and write. I enjoyed losing myself in music, and spending tender moments with animals.
Being the curious type, and somewhat rebellious, I spent my latter teen years traveling across these great United States and living in quite a variety of environments, in my quest for knowledge of the different levels of humanity. I've slept on park benches and dined with multimillionaires, all the time gathering information, with which I use in my writing.

I have a business luncheon today with a very important client. I have to radiate utmost professionalism in my attire. I do believe I will spend more time and effort in merely deciding what to wear than I will actually spend in entertaining and exchanging business ideas with my client. Each article of clothing I don involves a very complicated thinking process, beginning with the undergarments. I know that th...
