"The Hard Way"

I was walking into the Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo at 4am for a 8am flight to Toronto, checking in excessively early so I could catch a quick snooze at the departure gate before my flight.

The airport was practically empty, with only a few lingering staff awaiting the morning rush of travelers - the calm before the storm.
