Foreclosure's on houses and property's are at it's all time high. In our forever changing economy Real Estate will always have its ups and downs. As home and land owners struggle to sell their investments and pay their mortgages,buyers can very well come out on top because of the falling prices in todays market. A lot of People that have real estate can not sell or simply have to sell it for even less than what they originally paid for it. Nobody know...
