About me - Sheryl J. Miller

About me

My name is Sheryl. I have published my own small press (very small) dark poetry/creative writing mini-magazine for several years. I have introduced many unknown writers in over a dozen issues. I have been using a very old-fashioned cut & paste method that includes clip art and original contributor artwork, including my own. I have had my own "underground" writing published in over a dozen virtually unknown venues. Recently, I wrote a series of about 75 articles for my home town newspaper. They were very well received, and I even got paid for a few of them. I am currently pursuing a career as a jewelry designer, and have had considerable luck for a beginner. Like me, my jewelry is unique. I guess that's what I'm really all about - trying to do whatever it is that makes me happy, which usually involves breaking away from a 9 to 5 grind to focus on artistic endeavors.

I got some strange looks. It was seen as quite drastic. I paid for my beverage with paper, not plastic. Then, I bought toys for Jordan without filling a cart. What could I give him worth more than my heart? Christmas should be fun for all family members. Why spend a fortune just because it's December? So, with sufficient presents for under the tree, All that was left for something for me. My mattres...
