"Global Responsibility" It is not only fair for industrial countries to ask underdeveloped countries to go green, it is their global responsibility. In addition to that they also have a responsibility to get involved; to ensure those countries develop without paying the same environmental price. Industrialized countries now have the technologies, resources, and experience necessary to give other countries an alternative grown path for their development.
