Okay, yes. You got me. My name isn't really Eliza Britt. I thought what a perfect time to have a name that explains everything that I am inside. The first name is taken from my family for centuries. I even gave part of it to my daughter. The last is taken from the only man that I know I truely loved. I will in no way ever carry his name except in fiction. So here I am, writing my soul in another life. They say you only have one life to try to make the best of it. Well, this is my chance to expand that philosphy and show that you can have any kind of life that your heart desires, even if only in dream.

It has to be the first time I smelled and watched as the rain hit small puddle in the middle of a gressy-paved street. It showed me that even something so ugly can be washed away one drop at a time.

Why I write ...

I write so that hopefully through my experiences you relate and truely feel therefore are able to let go of those inner emotions and move in the direction that God has prepared for you.
