I am a married 42 year old mother of three boys (23, 14, & 11) and two grandchildren, one girl (4) and one boy (4 months).
I am in college working towards my nursing career. I have worked in the medical field for 16 years as a medical assistant, CNA, and phlebotomist. However, I have currently left the medical field...going to school and working in the same field just go to be too much. So I have expanded my working knowledge towards the financial field in banking.
I am a Canadian (from Alberta) and have lived in the United States since 1988.
I have one sister (who has two boys) and mother and father who live in Canada.
I enjoy the outdoors, reading, sewing, and crafts. I am involved in my children's education greatly. I very much enjoy taking care of my grandchildren, they are the apples of my eyes!

Whether because of a death, divorce, separation, or just the need to know, education does not stop after high school. Many people consider getting an education is only obtainable by going to school. However, some people and families get a great education through travel. Which ever way an individual decides to live their life they are learning.
