I am a student of life, a mountain hiker, a deep cold stream. I love beauty, though I'm not always sure what either Love or Beauty are. I hold an undergraduate degree in History and Theatre from a university in the western USA. I currently live and work in Belfast, Northern Ireland. When I grow up I want to be a beat poet. My hobbies and interests include running, horseback riding, teaching, holding hands, puddle-jumping, and spending endless hours throwing a stick for my dog.
My passion is ...
telling and listening to stories.
I know too much about ...
weather patterns.
My parents always told me ...
"you should be a lawyer."
My childhood ambition ...
to be a veterinarian.
My favorite memory ...
burying my face in my horse's mane after a long ride.
Why I write ...
because I can't not.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Benny Goodman jazz.
My first job ...
wrangler at a summer horse camp.
My best moment ...
every moment I'm in love.
My inspiration ...
the gentle urging in my heart that pushes me ever onward.
