Hello! Never thought I would do something like this-I now host a blogtalkradio show every Thursday evening from 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. Go to www.blogtalkradio.com/Menifeetalkradio to hear discussions about Home Owner's Associations, and more!

Life is the most important gift on earth. While we have it, it is our spiritual duty to live it creatively and passionately. That is exactly what I have done and am doing. While we are born equal under the law, that is the beginning and end or our equality. Therefore each person goes through life with his or her own particular set of benefits and liabilities. The challenge is to get as much out of life with what we've got. I chose a creative path and lived at Venice Beach Callifornia where I could meet other artists and pursue art. Venice Beach became my university and enriched my life. There I worked in real estate, studied art, and worked out for 18 years at World Gym where Arnold Schwarzenegger worked out. I had the pleasure of working out at the same time every morning Arnold worked out and got to know him, Joe Gold, and many other celebrities who also worked out at World Gym. That and many other experiences in Venice gave me a unique and creative life. Later, I founded a non profit corporation called the Museum of Innocence to fight the ever increasing practice of child abuse. Now I am committed for the rest of my life to make this museum a reality. The web site about the museum is www.museumofinnocence.org

With all the news media is reporting about a soon upon us recession, a yo yo stock market, and the millions of unsold homes in the nation, it creates nothing but public panic and hysteria. It reminds me of the old song, "Where have all the flowers gone?" This one should go "where has all the money gone?" Or should we sing "where have all the qualified buyers gone?" What h...
