I am a thirty-five year old father of two and a registered professional engineer. I read several books at a time, enjoy cooking and making homemade wine, and hunting. I like to learn from others, and share what I have learned in life.
I love to cook and share what I cook with good company. I always like to try new things in the kitchen, but rarely follow a new recipe exactly as I like to put my own touch to a dish. To me food should be a social event, and cooking is a great way to show others love and caring.
I make homemade wine, and enjoy sharing it as well. I love to experiment with new wines, and keep several batches going most of the time.
This commentary can be subdivided into a three-pronged discussion of what the media's obligation is to the public, what the media's obligation should be to the public, and what the public expects the media's obligation to be.
