I'm a downshifter to a tatty house on England's south coast. I live with my lovely husband and two small children on on top of a big hill, with sea views, just if you crane your neck out of a window!

We will be celebrating Easter in a truly green way this year. My family enjoy the celebrations as the start of the spring season, and when I combine that thought with all the packaging and unhealthy treats it makes me feel a little uneasy. This year I'm suggesting we celebrate the true festival by bringing the outside in, and by not making our lovely fresh green environment polluted by truck loads of foil sweetie wrappers, and cakes full of artificial ingredients.
