I was born and raised in America, living in 8 different towns and cities in the Midwest by the time I was 18. I have lived in Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Michigan and Indiana.
I joined the US Navy and began on world travels. I spent four years in Hawaii where I was on a sea going Frigate and sowed my oats. I was then stationed in Scotland for five years repairing nuclear submarines.
After leaving the Navy, I moved to Seattle for two years but decided to move to England for "the European way of life". We moved to Great Britain in 1992 and I took up residency in the UK.
I love to travel and have visited 45 of the 50 states (Delaware, Rhode Island, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama yet to come) and have been to 26 different countries.
I currently do property renovations. Which means, I buy, fix up, and sell them on. I love it!
I have been a member of Helium since December 2006 and serve as the sub channel steward for UK politics.
