My professional interests are in financial-related subjects: real estate and general financial expertise. I am a licensed associate real estate broker and property manager and keep up with developments in the financial and government worlds.

I love to experience new things and to learn about the evolving world around me. I'm excited to be alive at this moment, with half the world growing up and the whole world finally taking on the yoke of environmental responsibility. While I enjoy the trappings of success, beneath it all I want to be helpful to people and make a positive difference in their lives.

My passions include film and theater, textile arts and travel. I design modern and medieval-style clothing, and often do background work in film and tv projects shooting around New York City.
