I am a fun-loving writer, speaker, and entrepreneur who managed to escape the stressed-out world of a ladder-climbing corporate executive. When I am not working on my next project, I love exploring golf courses, laughing with friends, reading interesting books, and dancing all night.
I facilitate professional and personal development workshops focusing on success strategies, communication techniques, and personal well-being. I also love writing and have created publications and articles on a variety of topics.
In addition, six friends and I founded Balance for Busy Women, a web-based business providing free information and other resources to help our visitors and clients increase their life balance and personal satisfaction. Several of the e-books I have written can be found at this site. Check out "The Happiness Habit" "The ABCs of Balance," and the "Happiness Quote Collection" at balanceforwomennow.com.
