This topic is near and dear to my heart because it affects OUR children, yours, mine, and everyone else's. I am an elementary school librarian in an inner city Kentucky school (I see close to 600 students a week), parent to 3 teenage boys, and an aunt to 8 nieces and nephews, ranging from 5 to 25.
