I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and have been a counselor, group facilitator, program manager and evaluator. My expertise is in the areas of family relationships, parenting, conflict and stress management, mental health and family violence.

For the past eight years my husband and I have lived overseas in two African countries and in China. The opportunity to actually live and work day to day in other countries provides a unique opportunity to experience diverse cultures, and through new friendships I have a much greater appreciation of the similarities rather than the differences of citizens of the global community.

We are currently living in a small town in British Columbia, Canada. My interests include cooking, photography, writing and travel.
