Hell yes! At the age of forty(cough, cough) something, I refuse to let some one who has no idea of my capabilities, or needs, to tell me what I can and cannot do. But that is just what the 'nanny state' is doing. And it is getting worse by the day. "Why?" I hear you cry. Simple. Money, money, money.
