Born and raised in rural Kentucky, I've lived all around the south, finally settling in Atlanta, GA with my husband and 2 rescued dogs. After earning a Master's degree in Social Work, and burning out after 8 years, I went into the adventure travel business, working as a consultant and tour escort.
Currently, I volunteer with refugees and take my dog, Roxie, to visit nursing homes. In our free time, when we're not traveling, I'm planning our next adventure!
