I live in the South West UK and am lucky enough to still live on the farm I grew up on with the man of my dreams.
I have been an acupuncturist for the past 8 years and have found that writing is the medium with which I can best spread the word on this wonderful healthcare system. The articles I now regularly write are able to reach a much bigger audience than any of my 3 clinics ever could and I love to hear from people all over the world that have learned something simple yet amazing which has added benefit to their health & life.
I spent 4 years of my younger life travelling the globe and am grateful for having my mind broadened at such an important age. My partner and I still regularly take off on adventures and I feel it keeps us both inspired and inquisitive about life whilst putting the day to day stuff into perspective.
I am passionate about nature, the seasons, growing our own food and collecting food from the wild. I love to canoe, camp, read, paint, play Boggle and write. Oh, and I also spend far too much time on the internet!
