Having survived the empty nest syndrome where one looks in the mirror and states "O.K. now it's my turn". What ride do I buy a ticket for?
Looking at life as one big adventure helps quiet the voice in my head that says "You, one of those self absorbed, intellectually mysterious writers", are you kidding? I answer the voice with a confidant "why not me"? And by the way, "shut up"!
So with that proclamation, I am guided to this web site by a dear friend who is going out on her adventure as well by fulfilling a life long vocation to be a writer.
Having been a yoga Therapist and Teacher for 17 years offers me some insightful information I would love to share in the form of the written article. Hence; when the student is ready the Teacher will appear...and I am more than ready...ripe I should say!
I have also had the privilege of being a member of the Screen Actors Guild as a working Actor for 18 years. There is a reverence for Writers among Actors as if they are touched with a magic wand and selected from a gifted few to pursue this unattainable craft. I plan on mucking up that belief system!
