About me - Stephen D. Wilson

About me

I am a forty something male, married with two adult children. I have been interested in writing since I was a boy, but never had the opportunity until now to explore this side of my life.

I was born in 1964, in Stockton, California to a single Mom. I was raised primarily in Reno, Nevada but also lived in the central valley of California. We now live in Iowa.

I have two dogs and three cats, all rescue animals.

I have a small circle of friends that I hold dear.

I love writing, reading, watching movies, T.V. My favorite Television show of all time is either The West Wing, or Star Trek. My favorite movie of all time is: Guess who's Coming to Dinner? With Spencer Tracy and Sydney Poitier.

This is a new and exciting time for me, let me know what you think of what I've written here. Feel free to give constructive criticism. No threats or flames please. This is a place for learning.

That you aren't Gods gift to human kind. The words Please and Thank You are so rare anymore that, I'm actually caught off guard when someone says that to me. I think that this could be placed higher in my count, but there are others that make me boil more. ...
