I am a Canadian, happily married to my second wife for over 25 years. I have 3 grandchildren from a previous marriage. We lived in the UK for 20 years prior to returning to Canada in 2006. Are you a leader or a manager? Leadership means promoting new directions. Management means executing existing directions. These definitions are purely functional - they refer to what leaders and managers are meant to do. Definitions that refer to style or personality simply don't work.
