I am a Canadian, happily married to my second wife for over 25 years. I have 3 grandchildren from a previous marriage. We lived in the UK for 20 years prior to returning to Canada in 2006. I am a self employed management consultant with a focus on assessment for selection and development. I also do executive coaching, but writing is my first love and I have now completed 3 books on management topics. I have been working for 31 years but not ready to retire just yet. Are you a leader or a manager? Leadership means promoting new directions. Management means executing existing directions.
