About me

www.manandwifey.blogspot.com

Briefly me

My passion is ...

words

I know too much about ...

Bluebell ice cream

My parents always told me ...

My mom is a psychologist. There was a lot of mind-tricking going on. They talked a lot about making choices and natural consequences. I've never been grounded and I never had a curfew. I was a pretty high anxiety kid so the threat of natural consequences worked pretty well for me.

My childhood ambition ...

To tell stories for adoring crowds.

My favorite memory ...

Staying up all night talking with this guy who totally blew my mind. I went straight to work and told my mom I was going to have his babies. No babies yet but husband and wife is a pretty good start.

Why I write ...

I write to make sense of people and things around me and make sense of what's going on within me, and because I feel most alive when telling stories.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

Mostly watching stuff that is going to give me brain rot. Currently intrigued by blog culture, especially pepl hoo wrt n the nw shthnd-these are harder to read than just spelling the whole words out.

My first job ...

babysitting little people, camp counselor

My best moment ...

marrying my hubby.

My inspiration ...

people who find a way to do what they love for a living.
