Some days I feel like I have LOTS of children. I have a 16 year old step son, them a 13 and a 5 year old son, as well as, a 7 year old daughter. But after driving a school bus for 10 years, I have new kids every year.

I am happily married and hate to cook and clean. I seem to work best under pressure.

I love to write. I am new to the whole article thing. I have made up rhymes as young as 4, according to my parents.

I really write for release. And to share.

I read EVERYTHING! From shampoo bottles to books. Right now I m reading a crime novel.

I always did yard work in the neighborhood. My first real job was Toys R Us, at Christmas when I was 15.

In my personal view, rape, is the single most horrific crime in existence. Rape is a crime meant to break a persons spirit, it is a false display of power. After being raped, the most common feeling is shame and a feeling of being dirty, powerless. When a person comes forward, it is a display of power. And, there are cases where a woman or man, for whatever reason, feels more comfortable speaking with a person of the opposite sex. It may give them a feeling of "I can beat this." As a woman who has always had many male friends and few female friends, I know that I am always more comfortable...
