: About Me

When i was a kid i started with drawing and paintings to express everything around me and also to express my emotions. However, i was late to start writing and expressing myself and everything around me. Nevertheless, writing came late but, thank God that it atleast happened.

I have conducted several trainings in India and in UAE. My initial writings & trainings included on Fitness and later on Management, Business, Personality Development and many more. I always believed that my trainings should have my own script rather then just copying from others. I trust that my own experiences reflected into my training material would just compliment practically. I am currently working as an Operations Manager for a leading fashion/jewellery retailer in Middle East and now writing has become the most important part of my career. Helium and its writers have also become a great source of knowledge for me and also a path to share my knowledge.

How can one cooperate with the process of change in their lives? Change is necessary and inevitable, everyone needs change, and everything changes except the law of change.  With the coming of change in our lives, we are left with two choices, “Shall I move ahead or retreat”.
