Education, we preach it, we vote on it and education of American school age children is far behind those in other industrialize or world market economies. Students from third world and poverty stricken countries can come to America and do very well and they struggle with the language. Why is this it's what I like to call, parental non foolishness. I remember back in 1962 when I went to the first grade, I knew how to tell time, count to twenty and writing my name along with my address and telephone number.
