About me - Christine D. Patterson

About me

Writing- I have been writing every since I could pick up a pen. I write what the world fails see to or hear. It is important to me that my writing are from the heart, soul and mind. I am who I am, a dreamer. Without dreamers the world cannot go on.

My Time- I love a build things from the ground up. Beauty comes in all forms and when I build something out of nothing, to me it is my creation that that restores beauty to the earth.

I also love gardening. It gives me a sense of peace. I have been finding new ways to save the honey bees, which one of my articles here on Helium.

I am an animal lover. I speak for many of the homeless animals that I take care of. The animals have a silent voice, but we as human must be a voice for them.

Briefly me

My passion is ...

Writing. The world is my canvas which it gives me a never ending story to write from

I know too much about ...

What it is to be homeless. As a child without any parents; I had to learn how to grow up at an early age.

My parents always told me ...

Everything that "glitters" is not gold. The world needs to step back and take a good look around before it is to late.

My childhood ambition ...

To help the children who I saw on the streets like myself. It would seem that our children of the future should be the most important thing in this world that we as adult should take a good look at. Without the children there is no future for man kind.

My favorite memory ...

Is seeing my children's face when we bought our first home. The joy that I saw on their faces will last a life time.

Why I write ...

We as human beings fail to see the most important aspect in life. That is "compassion". Without it there is no hope.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

The world and the cries for help. We tend to be blind to the truth that is right in front of us.

My first job ...

Nursing Home.

My best moment ...

When my children were born. My resent is when I just saved my new puppy from the streets which he was beating and had two broken legs. Now two months later he is a happy puppy with a new home.

My inspiration ...

The children of the world. Without the next generation, there would not be anything.

Creative Writing > Poetry Poetry: Never give up

Never Give Up Never give up on your hopes and dreams, No matter how hard it may seem. There are always paths that we may not want to take, It is up to us to choose and the cycle we must break. The light we search for is not far away. It only takes the first step at the beginning of your day. Do care what others might say. Because you have the power to make dreams come your way. One rule is to never say never, Use your mind to beat the odds and always be clever.
