I enjoy writing how-to articles on a variety of topics including business marketing techniques and health & wellness. Six of my articles have been purchased by publishers through helium, with four of them through helium marketplace. The topics of my published articles are as follows: "Advantages of a recession", "How to make your next trade show a success", "Herbs that are useful to the body","Lazy eye treatment and correction", "Top five scrapbooking tips" and "How to perform a water test on your drinking water".
My work experience includes running a greeting card business with over 80 card designs. The business began to turn a profit after the first three months and my cards were sold in nine stores both locally and nationally. I worked as a professional school bus driver for four years, a childcare professional for five years and have taught flute and piano lessons to children and teens. I have worked in the charity fundraising sector for eight years. My educational background is two years of college where I majored in math and early childhood development. Also, I have achieved my grade 10 Royal Conservatory in piano.
I have been married for thirteen years. I love writing, scrapbooking, and experimenting with new recipes. I enjoy growing a variety of fruits, vegetables and flowers in my outdoor garden. My favorite fiction authors include Robin Cook, and Dean Koontz and my favorite non-fiction authors include Erma Bombeck and Philip Yancey. I participate in a variety of athletic persuits such as biking, hiking, tennis, pilates and aerobics classes.
