About me - Isis Kennedy

About me

About me?

Hmmm.

Well I am a thirty something female, divorced with four small children. I live in Northern California on a beautiful riverside.

I have been writing for as long as I remember. I have won contests, been published in many magazines, wrote sermons, essays and columns many many times.

I have studied Theology, Literature, Child Development. I have also been through the School of Hard Knocks. I have been down so far there was so "up". So people can relate to my writing because they have been "there" too. Granted I have had many wonderful times too. I have learned to cherish those times with gratitude and thankfulness because I know how hard it can be.

I live with my four children and my too cats, 25.5 lb King Caesar who is a Long Hair Blue Grey (He rules the world, my household and my life), and 28 lb Othello who is just a black rivercat who misunderstood the meaning of the word "Autofeeder". He looks like a giant, black watermelon, with a tale.

When you read my writing I hope you enjoy it. Please remember that there is a real person behind those words. With REAL experiences and honest feelings that lead up to that writing.

Your ratings are greating appreciated.
