The story is in my opinion, alcohol abuse and alcoholics are one in the same. In street terms I would say, "Alcohol abusers are alcoholics in training". I started drinking when I was about 10 years old and have gone on many a weekend binge. After so many years I became more and more dependent on the feeling of numbness, not having to feel any real emotion or worry about my surroundings.
