I have been a freelance photojournalist for the past 20 years. My specialties include community journalism and tourism. I have edited in-house journals for companies in Swaziland, South Africa and Zambia and have become firmly involved with the communities in each of these countries. I am also passionate about health, and as a baby boomer, am keen to try out anything that will help to keep me and my family healthy for ever! I have a fairly good knowledge of herbs and what they can do to help us live longer, better lives.
I'm a wife and mother (of adult children) and love sport, particularly swimming, golf and tennis. I also love adventure sport and have just done a short scuba diving course.
I firmly believe that we are on this planet to make a difference, and we should enjoy every second that we're alive - or learn from the seconds that are difficult to handle!

Peru is a country of vast and amazing contrasts! From the stunning rolling breakers of the South Pacific Ocean to the rough, desolate but fascinating desert, hugging the coastline from North to South.
