I have been a freelance photojournalist for the past 20 years. My specialties include community journalism and tourism. I have edited in-house journals for companies in Swaziland, South Africa and Zambia and have become firmly involved with the communities in each of these countries. I am also passionate about health, and as a baby boomer, am keen to try out anything that will help to keep me and my family healthy for ever! I have a fairly good knowledge of herbs and what they can do to help us live longer, better lives.
I'm a wife and mother (of adult children) and love sport, particularly swimming, golf and tennis. I also love adventure sport and have just done a short scuba diving course. At present I am living "on the edge of the Inca Trail" in North Western Peru with my husband who is working here under contract for a few years. How very different it is from Africa! Wonderful people, and fantastic opportunity to write about the adventures we are having here!
