I am a Writer:
Hello, my name is Nicole M. Myers, from Baltimore, Maryland. Ever since I was young, I have been writing. For me it was a way to put all of my thoughts on paper. It is still a creative outlet, for my mind. In high school, I was able to find a group of friends, poets and other writers. With the help and encouragement of these friends, I joined the school's literary club, Impulse. We published an annual book of poetry, prose, short stories and art, done by fellow students. This was the only place I felt comfortable as myself in my school years.
It has been almost ten years since high school, and I still felt myself having the need to write, and to have it out in the publics hands. Again, with encouragement from my family and friends, I started writing my poetry even more, and even self-published it through lulu.com. Since then, I have published two short stories. one of which, is in the final revision stages, for release with it's ISBN number. Works I have published are: Anubis: A Kitten's Story, The Concrete Maze, and Of Demons and Other Things.
There are many things I enjoy about writing. I like the peace of mind, when I write down my thoughts into a tangible form. Seeing the enjoyment of people when they read my words. Best of all, knowing that I have and can use public creative outlets such as; helium.com and lulu.com, makes everything I do worthwhile and satisfying. Writing is my life. It is my soul, and my heart. I am a writer.

The history of the 1913 Liberty Head Nickel is of a sordid past. Five coins are known to exist, and one is speculated. To American numismatists, this is one of the most coveted and well known rare coins. The 1913 Liberty Head Nickel is also one of the fist coins to fetch a price, at auction, for over $100,000, in 1972. In 1996, another specimen would fetch over $1,000,000. One coin in 2003 brought in in upwards of $3,000,000. Of the five samples that are known, two are in museums, and the other three are in the hands of private collectors.
