Hi, My name is Kathleen Gadomski and I am a 42 year old stay at home mom to my 7y/o daughter,Hannah, and our 4 dogs....yes it isn't a typo...our 4 lovable mutts include Hershey(a 7y/0 Sheltie), Brewski(a 1 y/o Lab mix), Lola(a 2 y/o Maltese) and her brother Toby(1 y/o Maltese).....and I almost forgot....4 roosters and a turkey(although these are the neighbors pets, they have taken up residence at my house...maybe I shouldn't be feeding them everyday?)
So a little about our lovable family. We live in a country setting in an old farmhouse(still remodeling...I like to say that because it is still a work in progress that we started 10 years ago!) in Dallas in lovely Northeastern Pennsylvania. My daughter is the light of my life and my reason WHY for just about all my decisions. She was born in Bombay, India and came here to the US in Jan. 2002 when we adopted her(My husband and myself)
She is just truly amazing and a true Blessing for us!
Well, I did mention a husband.....well to make a long story short...we were married in 1999, separated in 2006, reconciled in 2007 and separated again in 2008......HUH!
I'm just as confused as you are!
So a little about me.....
I am an RN for 20 years but unable to work due to a back injury. Despite several surgeries and subsequent complications I am now disabled..hence the stay at home part...and when I was separated and living alone with my daughter I needed to find a way to support us.
I did a lot of research on the Internet to find legitimate ways to earn income and was led to network marketing.
My first business was as Independent Marketing Rep for a Inc 500 wellness company. It wasn't the "perfect" fit for me,although I still promote it and use the products.
Then I found my gourmet candle business, and I knew this was the perfect fit for me.
So now I have a Gourmet Candle Business from home. I am learning a lot along the way....I knew nothing about business...marketing...websites, etc.(I was an OB and NICU RN for 20 years) so each step I take is an accomplishment for me.During this journey I have started writing and have fallen in love with it, which brings me here. My writing had become a way for me to come to terms with the struggles I have had to face and to celebrate my accomplishments.
I have experienced a lot in my life and my passion was, and is,always to help others, so I am hoping through this new journey in my life I might help others through my writing.

Building Your First Website
You have a new home business, now what? Well, you need to sit down and start to develop your website. Now, if you have no experience with this, it may seem like a feat that is not to be accomplished. Honestly, you can do this. I developed and published my first website with no on line experience and ended up liking the process. Doing it yourself will give you a great sense of accomplishment.
Of course, if you have the funds, you can pay someone to do it for you. Wouldn't you rather invest that large chunk of money into marketing your website? First thing you wa...
