How would you avoid overfeeding your children during the holidays? In today's society, it's so easy to overlook how much our children eat on a regular basis, much less on the holidays. At Thanksgiving, there is usually a huge family dinner. Because of the number of people in attendance, there will be an equal or exceeding amount of food.
