: About Me

I have been an aspiring writer since I was about twelve years old and had my first poem published in my school newspaper. When I was young poetry was my main focus in writing but these days I am interested in a variety of different types of writing. Currently I am working on writing a novel based in part on events in my life.

I have been happily married to my husband William for almost ten years now and have one daughter Cassy sixteen yrs old(going on thirty).

My husband and I both work for the same company and have been fortunate enough that our job has allowed us and our daughter the opprotunity to travel extensively. In the past ten years we have been to various places in Europe, Central and South America and Australia. Traveling around the world has given me insight into many aspects of life and the world that I don't believe I would have had otherwise.

In addition I am currently working on creating a website that my mother and I have teamed up on. She contributes the material and I manage the site for us.
