There are many arguable beginnings to punk rock music but none is more illustrious than the scene in London, England in the early/mid seventies. You can almost credit one man , Malcolm Mclaren, with stylizing the whole punk rock movement. In the early seventies Mclaren owned a sex shop on the infamous Kings Rowe in London. He formed the Sex Pistols out of a rag tag bunch of kids that hung around the strip and dressed them in outlandish garb from his shop complete with wild hairdos and safety pins throug their noses.
