: About Me

Born in 1964, I will be 45 in a few days, yet I am not sure about that. What does age mean after all ? I might look older or younger (for the best !) What I am sure of is that I am a woman, french by birth, passionate by life, Music, Energy, Healing, spirituality.

My adventure with writing began when I was seven. I believed I just dive into writing. Being fascinated by the cinema, I have been greatly seduced by the idea of inventing stories, deciding on the plot, the characters, the events, the situations that will bring changes in the characters 's life. I started writing scenes for my friends and . I laughed so much, Any kind of situation I experienced at school or with friends became a source of creation. Life is plural. Life is music, it inspires us, it helps us open our ears when ours eyes are closed,and close our eyes when we want to listen, to feel...

I search in life some truth ; I believe I jumped into life as I could have jumped into a story I knew nothing about. Keeping this state of innocence helps staying opened, I can embrace things, discover new ones, I can surprise myself, I can be astonished and admire the wonder in our world. Everyday gives us a chance to look at things we know with a new glance. Our vision evolves with our state of awareness.

I wrote my first stories when I was eight. I loved watching television series, and since I couldn't wait to know what was to happen next, I decided to imagine, create, invent events where the charcaters will have to surpass themselves. And I just loved it ; Thanks to this exercise, I discovered the palace of possibility. There, I wrote my first play when I was 13 'Behind the Screen'.

At 14, I wrote scenes for my friends and I used to perform in front of my class mate every year four times a year. That was just amazing ! At 15, I started to write my second play. 'The Forbidden Wedding', after that I started writing shorts stories, poems, texts or presentations people were ordering and so on. In 1991, I finished my first novel 'Fauve'.  Since then, I keep writing, I have drawers full of ideas and plots. I love giving my talent words to open new fields. I write presentations, seminars documents, lectures and courses... I love writing, I am so grateful for this gift, it is just something I have in me. Just like music. I love music. I can't live without it, I love its vibrations, ; Music to me are words of the heart transformed into sounds, notes, melodies, atmospheres.

As a coach, Healer and Personal Development Consultant my goal is to open the doors, to guide people in finding their inner potential, recognize themselves, their strengh, transform their believes, understand, and move forward; I just love it; I find them so amazing, as amazing as life is, inspiring and secret.

Guiding them through the path enlightens my life. I wish everyone could reach their Higher Self, discover and develop their inner potential (starting with the body, a healthy body - a clear system) and discover the wonder they are, they are incredible, they have so much inside them, they don't even know about. .

I am really fascinated and what I find incredibly beautiful is the moment when they reveal the inner self hidden behind masks, gestures, behaviors or words. It is so deep ! So beautiful ! I love the way the emotions which are so powerful suddenly express themselves, how the unconscious suddenly speaks. It is just so gorgeous. A step forward. And even if walking seems easy to do, growing up might not be ; sometimes the first path is the most difficult to make.

As a writer, I love sharing my vision, my knowledge, create new stories or concepts and contribute to the opening of consciousness. Writing to me is an adventure of every moment and life is such a topic ! I love it. Creation to me is vital. I am a creation addict ! And I want to contribute in making our world a better place to live.

As I walk in my flat, strange ideas occured in my head. I couldn’t  recognize the furniture. That sounds peculiar... yet  even if I doubted I could have lost myself and entered someone’s else house, the living-room was blue ! And I love blue, I remember painting my house in a kind of blue light green, I think Mind you, there are no such things as meeting strangers by chance in a house that belong to the unkown.  Whatever chance might mean, I believe I had to trust my senses.  Hum,  well, I keep talking and talking and I hardly remember what I am saying!...
