To stir things up a bit. The power is in the question one of my teachers told me. My passion is to ask those questions and see what happens.

I know too much about ...

The Nick Jr. line up. With a 5 and 3 year old in the house I can sing each theme song by heart!

My favorite memory ...

When I said yes to my husband's proposal of marriage. The backdrop was a technocolored sunset in our favorite resteraunt by the beach in Mexico. When I said yes a flock of birds flew in the air as if to say we had God's blessing. It was pretty magical.

Why I write ...

I love the feeling when I am in the flow and I can write something that makes a change, whether it is in others or myself. That is the best feeling to me.

My first job ...

I gave dance lessons to the neighborhood girls for a penny each when I was 5 years old.

My best moment ...

Happy to say I have several. Meeting my husband, having my children, lobbying in DC, and getting a featured blog on azcentral.com are a few.

My inspiration ...

Hellen Keller's quote "I am only one; but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do."

Many Americans wonder if the voter has become irrelevant in US politics.
