Let's begin by looking at what teens go through that may cause them to become troubled. Remembering that they are still children, teens go from being under their parents wings in elementary, to parents not wanting them to grow in middle school, to near abandonment in high school. When you think about it, once teens hit high school they only have four year to get a basic education and learn how to take care of themselves once they graduate.
