: About Me

I'm a Scorpio and have the attitude to match. I think I am bigger than anyone or anything and I don't like to back down. I like things to last. I have had the same "best good friend" for 15 years, since we met in the fourth grade. I know when things are at their worst, I can always depend on her to make me laugh or help me through the tears. I wouldn't have made it this far, without her. I have had the same boyfriend for 12 twelve years. He's the reason Gretchen, my BGF, is on call 24/7, but I don't care, I kinda like him.
I love animals. I have four basset hounds, two horses, and a cat. They keep me sane. Just knowing that when I've had a terrible day, they love me no matter what, is a comfort.
I love to read, if I'm in a bind, I joke that I will read an instruction manuel to pass the time.
I'm full of useless information. Everyone likes to laugh when I come up with some piece of off the wall trivia for them.
My imagination has no limit, which is bad at times, it's gotten me into a lot of trouble over the years. But it's a wonderful source of entertainment for everyone else. I'm also a mega drama queen, talk about being able to make a mountain out of a mole hill, that's me!

Where I come from, mixed breeds are just part of every day life. We don't sell them, we give them away (to good homes). I have always had dogs, pure breeds and you average ordinary Heinz 57 (mutt). I am from a tiny speed trap in Arkansas, with a population of about 300 people. In 2000, I moved with my boyfriend to Houston, Texas. It was a very big change for me.
