I am a 31 year old single mother of three children. Currently, I'm working on my Master's Degree in Business Administration. My life long dream is to become a teacher.
There have been many obstacles that have been thrown at me. Somehow, I have managed to continue going to school and getting a step closer to my dream.
Writing was by far the last thing on my mind that I wanted to do. Since, I have started on my Master's Degree, I have had to write many research papers. I have come to enjoy researching and writing.
I have kept a personal journal since 2002. Only a few people have read my journal and found it interesting. I've decided to continue my writing in hopes to become better writer and learn from others.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, college, hanging out with my children, and volunteering with my Church. I'm a 7th and 8th grade volunteer teacher and also the Director of Religious Education.
I enjoy listening to all kinds of music, surfing the internet, watching movies, and saving money.

Thirty two cents, (.32), was all I had left in my bank account. The kicker that made me cry-I just had my check direct deposited that day. My automatic payments had been withdrawn right after that. As I held the ATM receipt in my hands, my stomach growled. Tears began to form in my eyes. I drove home, wondering how I was going to make it for two weeks. When I arrived home, I opened my cabinet and began to cry because I had one more bag of Ramen Noodles left. I called my estranged husband and asked if I could use money to buy milk, eggs and bread.
