I am a mom first and foremost. I have two children five years apart. I have been married for 14 years. I am a chuaffer, bodyguard, negotiator, CFO, CEO, teacher and tutor.
I went back to college when I was 28, although my core classes were in health information, I found that I loved my creative writing classes the most. After college, I became a Certified Medical Coder and I have found a position where I work from home. This is my greatest career accomplishment. It allows me to be at home when the kids go off to school as well as be here when they get home.
Last year, my husband an I decided to start our own busness from our livingroom. We make and sell soy candles and waxed dipped stuffed animals. Business is very slow, we have spent way more than what we have brought in so far, but it is great for family time. Even our youngest has his part in the business.
