I enjoy the small things in life, and am constantly trying to find the beauty in the boring and the magic in the mundane.
Why do I write? Well, I guess there are a few reasons. First, I detest speaking in public, and writing allows me to voice an opinion without having my stomach do back flips! :) Secondly, writing is an outlet. Some people run, overeat, get upset, etc. when life is uncertain and stressful. I try to write. And finally, I think there's a little bit of a Jo March in me- or at least I imagine there to be- that free spirit that wrestles between writing from the imagination/emotions and writing from the heart (and trying to merge the two together).
